Shad Withers

Shad is a native Idahoan and practiced law in Illinois and Oklahoma, before moving to Arizona in 2021.  He earned his law degree from Western Michigan University, where he received multiple writing awards and graduated cum laude.   Since then, he has logged over 13 years of litigation experience.  Over the course of his career, he has represented individuals, and Fortune 100 companies, in a broad spectrum of legal matters.  He is passionate about representing individuals and families in their personal injury claims because, after spending seven years defending against such claims, he knows what injured folks are up against. Shad also has four teenage children. He enjoys watching and playing sports.  He is also better than average at getting people to laugh (which he claims is important).
